Smoked Salmon, Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus, Broccoli Soup with Ash Goats Cheese, Roast Pork with extra Crackling, Apple Sauce, Gravy, Roast Potatoes, Roast Kumera, Peas, Carrots then Meringue Cases filled with fresh berries and Sorbets of Strawberry, Lime, Raspberry as well as Chocolate Ice Cream then Violet Crumble Bars.....................
